Baked Italian frittata loaded with sausage, mushrooms, and melted provolone cheese.

Eggs 8 large
Italian sausage 200 g
Mushrooms 150 g
Provolone cheese 60 g
Onion 0.5 medium
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Fresh basil 4 leaves
How to make it
- 1 Brown sausage in an oven-safe skillet. Add sliced mushrooms and onion, cook 4 minutes.
- 2 Whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
- 3 Top with sliced provolone.
- 4 Cook on stovetop 3 minutes, then transfer to oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.
- 5 Garnish with fresh basil. Slice into wedges.
