Pita bread 1 piece
Romaine lettuce 100 g
Cucumber 1 medium
Tomatoes 2 medium
Radishes 4 small
Sumac 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Fresh mint 2 tbsp
How to make it
- 1 Tear pita into pieces. Toast until crispy.
- 2 Chop lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and radishes.
- 3 Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, and sumac for dressing.
- 4 Toss everything together with mint. Add pita chips just before serving.
