Eggs 6 large
Mayo 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard 1 tsp
White vinegar 0.5 tsp
Paprika 0.5 tsp
Fresh chives 1 tbsp

How to make it

  1. 1 Hard-boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool in ice water.
  2. 2 Peel and halve eggs. Scoop yolks into a bowl.
  3. 3 Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4 Pipe or spoon filling back into whites.
