Ingredients
Chicken breast 500 g
Greek yogurt 100 g
Tikka masala paste 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Bell peppers 2 medium
Red onion 1 medium
How to make it
- 1 Cube chicken. Marinate in yogurt, tikka paste, and lemon juice for 15 min.
- 2 Thread onto skewers with pepper and onion chunks.
- 3 Grill 5-6 min per side until charred.
- 4 Serve with mint chutney and naan.
