Ground chicken 300 g
Thai holy basil 20 leaves
Garlic 5 cloves
Thai chilies 3 small
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Fish sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Eggs 2 large
Steamed rice 200 g
How to make it
- 1 Pound garlic and chilies in a mortar.
- 2 Stir-fry garlic-chili paste in hot oil. Add chicken, break apart.
- 3 Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar. Cook 3 min.
- 4 Tear in basil leaves, stir off heat.
- 5 Fry eggs crispy. Serve chicken over rice topped with fried egg.
