Eggs 3 large
Mushrooms 50 g
Spinach 30 g
Cherry tomatoes 40 g
Goat cheese 20 g
Butter 1 tsp
How to make it
- 1 Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
- 2 Sauté sliced mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes.
- 3 Pour in eggs and cook on medium-low, tilting pan to spread evenly.
- 4 When almost set, add goat cheese on one half.
- 5 Fold omelette in half and slide onto plate.
