Bell peppers 4 large
Ground turkey 400 g
Cooked rice 200 g
Tomato sauce 200 ml
Mozzarella 100 g
Onion 1 small
Garlic 2 cloves
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
How to make it
- 1 Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cut tops off peppers and remove seeds.
- 2 Brown ground turkey with diced onion and garlic.
- 3 Mix in cooked rice, half the tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- 4 Stuff peppers with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
- 5 Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Top with mozzarella.
- 6 Bake for 25-30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly.
